Managed Product Lifecycle for over 180 new product introductions in decor and soft goods categories. Developed a thorough understanding of PLM, including: design; sourcing; development; BOM; compliance; planning; product education; and e-commerce digital onboarding.Cleared pipeline of backlogged products, conducting root cause analysis for every project. Worked closely with Development and Sourcing teams in Vietnam, Mexico, and Vancouver to discover pain points and common cause issues with vendors, materials and the product itself. Presented these findings to Product Management Team with recommendations for product viability, and considered their wants and needs before defining a strategy to move ahead with product lifecycle.Introduced focus to all projects, setting clear milestones and deliverables for every team in the GTM process.
