I deliver qualifications in many areas including Level 3 Management, Level 3 Hospitality Supervision, Level 3 Customer Service, Level 2 Team Leading, Level 2 Customer Service, Level 2 Front of House Operations, Level 2 Food and Beverage Service, Level 2 Food Service, Level 2 Drink Service, Level 2 Food Production and Cooking, Level 2 Hospitality Services and Level 2 Kitchen Services.I deliver Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT at Level 1 and Level 2.It is my responsibility to achieve 0% penalty on all auditable learner paper work.
