Chloe's role as Community & Engagement Lead at Imperial Brands PLC focuses on managing and delivering a high-quality program of internal communications and employee engagement activities within the Corporate & Legal Affairs team.She oversees a comprehensive internal communication plan and assists senior leadership in engaging with the wider Imperial business by sharing success stories and highlighting the important work of the Corporate & Legal Affairs team through digital communications, webinars, and town hall meetings.Chloe leads the organisation and delivery of various physical, virtual, or hybrid engagement events, from training and development sessions to volunteering opportunities and social activities. This includes coordinating Imperial's flagship three-day Corporate & Legal Affairs Academy.With over nine years of combined experience in communications, event management, and customer service, Chloe is a recognised member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and actively advocates for mental health and well-being, volunteering her time to support charities like Samaritans with their fundraising campaigns.Chloe is a passionate and enthusiastic presence in the workplace, using her positive energy to inspire others to strive for their best.
