I am an experienced management consultant with strong multinational professional services background, specialising in health, human services and government clients. My career has spanned human resource management, as well as transformational and cultural change, and learning design and delivery. Commercially savvy, with a high degree of acumen and strategic thinking, I also bring a practical, fit-for-purpose, 'can do' approach to anything I do. I am deeply passionate about mental wellbeing in the workplace, as well as maintaining this through complex transformation programs. I regularly incorporate mindful and positive psychology based approaches to any client or challenge.
