I am currently the Member Engagement Manager at the Texas Association of Builders where I concentrate on optimizing the member experience through member programs, publications, and association wide collaboration.I am a graduate from St. Edward’s University (toppers up!) where I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education Studies. While at St. Edward’s, I worked as the Managing Editor of Hilltop Views, St. Edward's student newspaper. There, I managed the team, developed significant news writing skills, and contributed to the overall success of the publication.I have a background in Elementary Education, where I developed foundational leadership skills and became intrigued with the way people work, learn, and socialize.My background has prepared me to navigate any industry with an adaptable and innovative approach. I am always looking to ask questions, examine current trends, and meet new people.
