Working at Energy Kidz, no two days are the same. Each day there are different children who are different ages, have different interests and some have disabilities; this means I am always having to adapt to the changing environment. This job entails a lot of learning on the as you go. There many things that you can’t be prepared for (such as children with disabilities like, autism) therefore, you have too quickly react to these situations. Organisation is something which is a key factor in this job as each week we have plan and prepare fun activities for all the children to engage in.
