As an RBT in training, I work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed to improve social, communication, and daily living skills for individuals with developmental disabilities. My responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collecting and recording data on client behavior to track progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. I provide support in various environments, including home, school, and community settings, ensuring clients receive consistent, effective care. Additionally, I actively participate in training and professional development to deepen my understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and prepare for the RBT certification exam, all while working toward my goal of becoming a BCBA.

The GSA roles include, creating notes for appointments, checking-in and out guests, completing purchases through a POS system, promoting products and meeting sales goals for packages, completing hourly cleaning, inventory, and money deposits.

I was able to gain knowledge on stocking merchandise, pricing clothing, marking inventory, helping guests find their love for clothing, and organizing store fronts.
