Working for our client George Home we were tasked to relaunch and reinvigorate the George Home Magazine. I worked on client relationship building and shoot production in which time I managed all aspects of oraganisation and budget. My role included:- Working with our client to create a visually and commercially successful publication through efficient shoot production- Liaising with both internal and external teams to ensure the smooth running of shoots- Collaboratively working with the client to ensure their creative vision was met and exceeded through daily meetings and proofs- Project managing all aspects of production from prop gathering, time management on set and budgets- Negotiating fees with agencies

Responsible for the aesthetic and ambiance of the store I managed a team of visual merchandisers who reported directly to me; helping to maintain the brand image. To drive UPT and ATV I would develop and adapt floor plans/ strategies based on sales data, schemes and stock levels which would then be rolled out by my team. As visual merchandising manager it was my job to make sure the team worked as one and were motivated to achieve.
