what is lfie without passion?In my current position as an apprenticeship coach I am able to support my learners throughout their optics & retail journeys by using my passion of learning and development to help others grow.I have worked at specsavers for 11 years. Within this time I have gained many new skills, qualifications and experiances. I am an experienced manger, with a CMI level 3 qualification. And an ILM assured trainer with an abundance of enthusiasm for learning and development for not only for others, but fir myself too.I am emotionally intelligent with strong relationship skills that enable me to engage and empower others. I have gained many valuable skills from completing qualifications such as:- Level 3 Education & Training - CMI Level 3 Principles of managment and leadership- Mental health First aid officer - Store trainer pathway ILM These skills have been invaluable to me while providing support to my team when I worked in managment and also now as a coach to my learners. My biggest passion is for our environment, conservation efforts and wildlife. I have previously been involved in an amazing project in Namibia to help prevent farmer/wildlife conflict in Africa while working at Naankuse Animal Sanctuary on behalf of Chester Zoo.
