Thank you for taking a moment to get to know me, with view to exploring our alignment and potential for collaboration.My sense of purpose* is to build the capacity of communities and businesses to make impact; through facilitating learning, social innovation and collaborative strategy. I curate experiences and produce programs for collaboration, engagement and learning. Democratising technology, to ensure all have opportunity to be seen, heard and engaged, be they in venue, online, through VR or hybrid delivery. I have held strategic roles in rural, regional and metropolitan areas, facilitating impact across local, state and national spheres. This includes 15 years in government roles, 30 years experience in community development and founder of three social enterprises. Having managed izi.TRAVEL in this part of the world, Strategic Artistry is the authority on the platform, engaged by councils, tourism, museums and galleries, to produce audio guides and deliver audio guide production training. izi.TRAVEL is a free and open storytelling platform, a web-application allowing anyone to create audio/video guides, tours, and interpretation of histories, collections and exhibitions. izi.TRAVEL is a free mobile (iOS, Android and Windows Phone) application with free audio/video guides around museums, galleries and communities around the world. She represented Local Government interests to State Government and nationally through participating in policy development processes including convening consultations, writing policy briefings, submissions and advocacy.In conjunction with Arts NSW Chloe implemented the Fourth Cultural Accord between State and Local Government to: • Identify the status of existing arts and cultural infrastructure across NSW and approaches to meeting future needs, including possible principles for future development of arts and cultural infrastructure. • Engage councils and other organisations to encourage the development of local capacity, and councils’ facilitation of connections between local arts and cultural groups. • Encourage councils to explore local initiatives to provide artist studios and residency programs, develop creative enterprise hubs and support local creative industries. • Provide Aboriginal people with greater opportunities to participate in, share and strengthen their culture through arts practice, and develop careers and businesses in the arts and cultural sector. • Encourage incorporation of provisions for local arts and cultural development into councils’ Community Strategic Plans.     The result of this 20 month project was an award winning youth suicide prevention CD-ROM. Over 30,000 copies were distributed through community organisations, service providers and schools. This virtual environment is where young people can explore their feelings, improve their skills in dealing with stressful situations and learn about issues such as drugs, mental health, grief, body image, relationships, conflict and getting help. The CD includes 90 minutes of video, 30 minutes of music, 1000 pages of resources and ten interactive activities. Chloe facilitated the participation of many young people who contributed their stories through theatre, poetry, art, music, personal journals and interviews.

    Chloe was engaged on a number of occasions by Port Macquarie Hastings Council's Regional Gallery to deliver the following multimedia projects (which included delivering websites, CD-ROMs, video productions, graphic design):Council Art Collection:- Photographing and documenting all items in the collection in locations across the Local Government area, including public art- Creating a website and CD-ROM as a virtual gallery, providing public access to the collection. - Designing branding for the collection, including application across the products developed and style manual for ongoing applications.- The website had a secure area for staff to manage the records including adding new acquisitions, tracking locations and valuations.- A large format folio.Producing a Multimedia Educational Kit about Council's commissioned public art by Stephen Killick- Video production including interviews.- Presenting visual and written content in an interactive and engaging way.     Supporting informed decision making by government, community and business, Chloe ensured that residents and over-night visitors to the Melbourne CBD completed their census forms. This involved delivering, collecting and recording thousands of census forms including apartment buildings and hotels. Covering the CBD was a great responsibility as the city dwellers can be hard to find living in unconventional residences - such as converted office suites and entrances down small laneways! This was a great foundation, as Census data has been a key reference informing Chloe's subsequent roles in policy, planning and advocacy.

    Chloe benefited greatly from Young Achievement Australia's (YAA) Business Skills Program being her first experience in a management role. Through the program Chloe and her team established a company, elected its executive and sold shares to raise capital. The team developed, manufactured, marketed and sold a product in the open market. At the end of the eight month program the company was scheduled to liquidate and delivered profitable returns to shareholders.Chloe was elected as the Marketing Director having demonstrated a vision for the business and strategies for promoting its product. Serving on the executive she provided leadership to the company and acted as Acting Managing Director for much of the time. Chloe applied commercial marketing techniques learned from her IBM Marketing Division mentor. The Company was extremely successful, winning awards when pitched against the other companies in the program and delivering profitable returns to its stakeholders. Young Achievement Australia's Business Skills Program™ runs for 24 weeks. The program brings together groups of 15-25 students (senior secondary and tertiary) to start up and run a self-directed small business. YAA also conduct special events including a Trade Expo, Management Skills Seminar Workshops and awards program. Each group is supported by a dedicated team of 4-6 volunteer business professionals acting as mentors.
