Working for fast growing start-up internet company, DGtek, in both marketing and customer relations. The role was made up of two main aspects: speaking with customers to arrange installations and resolve queries alongside the creation of marketing strategies and content. The role has helped cement my customer relation skills and increased my familiarity with numerous new programmes, such as adobe photoshop, which are utilized when designing material such as billboards, adverts and flyers.

Working at the Law firm Leigh day annually in the summers of 2016 and 2019, I gained knowledge into numerous processes including making claims and gathering client information. Additionally, I utilised and improved on existing skills such as data entry using excel, computer filing and mail merges.

Involved frequent communication between psychology students and staff members. The committee aimed to continually improve the department based on feedback from students.

A varied role which included collecting and analysing feedback from students at the school alongside leading a team of school captains in their various duties ranging from education to environment.

Saturday Customer Service Assistant in supermarket store, where my responsibilities included customer service, stock control, cash handling. This involved advising and assisting customers, coping with problems and unexpected situations, such as a fire alarms, and taking responsibility for counting and banking money.
