Over the years, I have led large-scale projects and advised multinational executives, developing a global strategic vision.My stint as Chief of Staff on Hydro-Québec's Organizational Transformation team was a milestone, where I contributed to the realization of the company's biggest transformation in 25 years. Today, as Director of Governance and Business Performance at Boralex, I am responsible for implementing governance and performance management mechanisms at senior management level to support the company in achieving its ambitious growth targets.My goal is to actively contribute to the transition to a sustainable energy future, using my expertise in management and transformation, my passion for renewable energies and my strategic vision.
