The Management Trainee program combines extensive hands-on rotations in each department with classroom seminars. Throughout the Management Trainee Program, Trainee’s are trained in all departments of Cintas including:• Office/HR- Focus on building and developing financial and administrative skills such as Meticulous Hiring, invoicing procedures (POs/accounts payable), new account setup (SAP) and staffing.• Service- Direct interaction with current customer base to strengthen communication expertise, sales acumen and customer service skills. Hands-on field experience helps to build relationships with other Cintas Partners along with customers while gaining a deeper knowledge of Cintas. • Production- Trained in process management through discovering how we provide the highest quality products to our customers. Development of inventory control skillset and material cost management.• Sales- Continue to understand the processes of business-to-business sales while forming strong and lasting relationships with customers. Learn how to generate new business with sales, platform, communication and negotiation skills.
