This has included building a database of candidates, securing new clients and roles, as well as designing the promotional materials for the new division. This has been a success thus far.

As Resourcing & Marketing Associate at this Executive Financial Recruitment company, I am responsible for enabling the consulting team to be more successful by:- Assisting with retained search roles by headhunting suitable candidates on LinkedIn and Reed, pre-screening candidates, scheduling meetings, interviews and telephone conversations for the consultant, providing project updates and attending client meetings to; support the consultant in winning new business, present shortlists and receive interview feedback- Contacting 50 current candidates per week for updates when there is no search activity- Implementing and maintaining processes to ensure that records are managed, cleansed and kept up to date in a uniform and consistent way, across whiteboards, written documentation and online databases- Keeping social media feeds regularly updated, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google+- Writing monthly market updates- Advertising roles on job websites, such as GAAPweb, Accountancy Age, Reed, LinkedIn and Proprietary Websites- Being the main point of contact for and liaising with external print and web marketing consultants- Covering other roles when incumbents are on annual leave- Assisting the Office Manager when required, including answering phones, re-typing CVs, formulating meeting and interview confirmations and liaising with external technical support- Providing competitor analysis through web research and monitoring of job boards- Establishing and expanding a network of contacts within Hampshire and Dorset, as well as West Sussex, the Thames Valley and further afield- Assisting in organising quarterly marketing events in conjunction with the rest of the team, notably the Office Manager- Providing low-level tech support on an ad hoc basis- Researching different and new methods of effective marketing to ensure the continued development of the Chilworth Partnership’s brands.
