Responsible for leading an 80+ person multidisciplinary team of researchers, designers, architects, product managers, product owners and software engineers to deliver a whole of government experience layer, service transformation and capability development initiative. Key achievements: - Designed, implemented and scaled a service design and delivery capability development framework across multiple departments - Led the strategy and operationalisation of a whole of government experience layer - Incepted, planned and delivered complex service transformation programs with a budget of circa $30m. - Built and managed 80+ person multidisciplinary shared service function and product portfolio - Established Dual Track Agile ways of working, achieving a 60%+ increase in design and delivery velocity - Led the creation of product strategies, roadmaps and visions based on insight data and research. Example project: EntryCheck Omni-channel Service Design and Delivery (SAPOL, SAH, DPC, ServiceSA) - Led the end-to-end inception and delivery of the new EntryCheck SA service encompassing: integrated travel applications, rules engine, exemption applications and business process orchestration - Designed the customer research approach to identify the root cause of issues identified (including ethnographic research, in-depth interviews and desk research)- Led the business case highlighting the people, process and technology factors contributing to backlog of 10,000+ cases and 7+ week lead time to resolve. - Presented to the CEO of the Public Sector, Chief Public Health Officer & Minister for Public Health to support funding allocation- Facilitated workshops with stakeholders at Director and Executive Director level to co-design the future state service vision and blueprint - Defined the solution architecture, epic and feature backlog
