Collaborate with Directors of Public Affairs and Policy to build bipartisan, representative, and inclusive networks and build diverse grassroots movements to expand the Audubon mission: protect birds and their habitat for the benefit of humanity as well as the earth's biodiversity-Responsible for developing partnerships and providing training and capacity-building opportunities, tools, and mechanisms across the network to enhance the connectedness, capacity, diversity, and size of the Audubon network in the state-Lead Lights Out Texas and Bird City Texas to engage our bipartisan network and conservation partners for outcome-driven policy campaigns and conservation leadership

As a serving Board Member on the Conservation & Stewardship Committee, we find strategic ways to preserve the Balcones Canyonland National Wildlife Refuge for current and future generations. Through government advocacy of land protection and land owner education, our goal is to not only protect the Balcones for Golden-Cheecked Warbler habitat but also preserve land to help flood mitigation, over development and keep the hill country wild.

Strengthen the organization's influence and increase awareness for the national parks of Texas by engaging and mobilizing a variety individuals and organizations across Central and South Texas. Build a diverse, effective and enduring network of advocates and connect audiences with decision makers who can affect positive legislative outcomes in support of our national parks.

Work as part of TXRO team to identify, design and implement park protection campaigns and programs. Inform campaign goals and strategies and build relationships within local communities and key decision makers that can move forward our goals to uplift parks for visitors and the community.

Grow the on the ground engagement of the Texas Regional Office by connecting diverse traditional and non-traditional partners like youth and veterans with our parks then move them up the ladder of engagement to join us for lobby days.

Engage the community and future generations to develop a deeper connection between nature through outdoor service opportunities, recreation, education, and collaboration. By working with community partners like YMCA, NPS, City of San Antonio Parks and Rec, and others, we assist in continuing programs or develop new ones for youth so that the outdoors become accessible to everyone. Collecting data on outdoor volunteer opportunities also us to see the gaps and where more options can be developed for the youth.

Current crew leader directing a group of students ages 16-20 years to work on trails and conservation efforts across Texas to better the community. Leading the crew out on the trail work daily while maintaining a positive working atmosphere in order to build relationships and assist the development of the group and individual student while working on trails, removing invasive species, and conservation work.

Create blog posts on important environmental topics, events, and issues in order to keep readers and decision makers informed and aware.
