-Work remotely in agreement with customers to provide technical support resources, collaboration and governance as per SAP’s best practices.- Define and drive execution of a targeted goal-based engagement plans to support customers with their key business goals and milestones(e.g. solution rollout and cycle planning)- Plan and manage the delivery of relevant proactive support checks as part of the engagement plan.- Collaborate and conveying the business requirements to NEC's internal development teams for developing solutions.- Assist customers with change management, focusing on resources, progress and product updates.- Act as an escalation's point of contact when urgent assistance is required.

- Customer care - taking cases for supporting customers software support issues.- Follow best practice ticket management processes, ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated timely and every effort is made to make service levels.- Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives- Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft.- Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues.- Collaborate and conveying in a technical way the business requirements to the internal development team for developing solutions.- Working on Escalation Support when urgent assistance is required.- Ensure constant self-development using day to day work, web-based training and any other available toolsCertification: Microsoft Office 365 Certified Technical Support Advocate ( Oct 24th, 2019)
