• A Fully CII certified sales manager who has been operational within a wide range of the sales departments within the Be Wiser business specialising in personal lines insurance.• Extensive experience performance managing and developing a sales department of 40+ sales professionals, insuring the development of team leaders in order to achieve improvement and success in sales figures both on a monthly and annual capacity. - Analysing new opportunities to develop and expand available schemes in order to increase new business; targeting areas to improve schemes and service for both non-standard and standard risks. • Large exposure to the department recruitment process as well as managing performance and disciplinary processes alongside HR from start to finish. • Strong knowledge of developing a sales department within FCA regulations; handling complaints and audit issues from start to finish. • Initially worked within Insure Wiser, the aggregator side of the business, managing one of the largest and most diverse departments. By analysing market standing on the aggregator sites and developing a strong KPI driven performance strategy; I quickly developed and achieved a target driven, focussed and successful department of sales professionals.• In 2014, moved into the Be Wiser main department which adopts a more traditional marketing approach dealing with direct advertising.• Although predominantly the same role; in order to be successful I have had to adapt my approach to my target market.
