-Created, evaluated, and improved processes and procedures for the Ticket Sales & Service (TSS) department, focusing on the group sales and member services teams in coordinating and supervising game day activations and Fan Experiences.-Acted as event manager for group sales clients prior to and during game days, as well as for season ticket member and premium sales events.Served as the main point of contact on game and event days between the TSS department and arena operations.-Coordinated with various departments, both internal and external to the Sacramento Kings organization, to organize sales events and member retention events.-Connected with Arena Operations departments prior to game and event dates, including but not limited to Arena Management, Audio & Visual, Security, Live Pres, and Events, while providing general administrative support for the TSS department.-Oversaw and independently managed the Sacramento Kings groups ticket platform, resulting in $1M+ in annual revenue.-Coordinated the fulfillment of group sales-related items (including promotional items) and assisted with client engagement.-Continuously sought innovative and creative ways to drive group sales.-Provided superior customer service to clients, both internal and external.-Assisted Arena Operations with VIP activations and production running for multiple shows, including Carrie Underwood, Tyler the Creator, and Justin Bieber.
