My natural strengths are in having a calming presence during times of transition, to draw out the best in team. Upon my departure from CE, the company had its most successful year financially and I am proud to have left with a strong financial footing. As the first full-time employee hired at Circle Economy, I can honestly say I poured myself into that role and organization. To this day, Circle Economy and the team I was able to help build there, is one of my greatest accomplishments.When I was hired as Operations Manager, the team at CE consisted of a number of part-time consultants working on CE projects as external hires. Azerbaijan

As a FINCA Client Assessment Research Fellow, I worked on a team with two others to administer the FINCA Client Assessment Tool (FCAT) to clients of FINCA Azerbaijan. We administered the FCAT survey to over 360 clients in a one month period in order to conduct a social performance assessment. The data will be collected in 20 countries and will be used to gauge the social performance of FINCA clients.As a fellow, I developed and implemented our sampling plan, conducted surveys, analyzed the data and provided our preliminary findings in a report and presentation to FINCA Azerbaijan's CEO and COO. I was a recipient of the Richardson Brothers Foundation International Internship Grant, which helped support this fellowship.

Managed biological research projects in Russia and CIS countries. These research projects were public-health in nature. This program promoted non-proliferation and public-health goals. In my role, I also wrote proposals for expanding our work into new regions. From here I was pulled in to support proposal writing and development for US government multi-million dollar grants for applied research projects in Buffalo, NY (where the HQ was based).

Researched and wrote articles related to various areas of US National Security, including U.S. strategic diplomatic relations with Central Asia, US Energy Security, US Military Spending.
