Change Management Consultant on the Dept of VA HRLOB Project- Led the change management efforts for an enterprise-wide release of a new HR UI interface. - Conducted multiple demos for a variety of stakeholder groups including executives, HR reps, unions, etc.- Created change management materials including job aids, bulletins, emails, videos, guided tours, etc. - Collaborated with multiple technical and non-technical workstreams to enhance the user experience.  Innovation and Program Management: Created and implemented a new, innovative program for traditionally low-achieving students. Achieved a 50% increase passing rates in math and an 80% increase in passing rates for English by incorporating student engagement strategies and focusing on a dynamic curriculum in one year. Leadership: Led over 150 students to pass the standardized test, of which 50% had not previously passed indicating that over a year’s worth of growth was made in one year and that those in danger of not graduating were back on track. Cultural Transformation: Increased students’ positive associations with school by 80% in one year by integrating character and community building activities into the curriculum, as measured by quarterly surveys.  Program Management: Planned and implemented a yearlong program that oversaw 80 7th grade students by managing communications, setting goals, meeting deadlines, and making data informed strategic decisions. Data Analytics: Analyzed performance data from 100+ students to determine segments of need, plan targeted interventions, and design effective lesson plans measured by key performance indicators.  Stakeholder Engagement: Built and maintained a range of professional relationships with administrators, students, families, coworkers, and community partners through careful communication, active listening, and a solution-oriented approach.
