What I love to do- I develop and implement thrilling customer experiences - I help you structure your team- I support your company’s growthMy main professional skills*** Customer experience & innovation ***- Enhance understanding of customers’ needs, habits and daily painpoints in order to improve and personnalize the user journey and increase drive to store (online/retail)- Lead qualitative and quantitative surveys in order to identify new marketing leverages and innovative solutions to experiment (e.g. digital devices, new features on the app, special offers)- Gather customers’ feedback thanks to the available channels (e.g. polls, call center, social networks…) ; deliver the related action plans and measure their impacts *** Communication & events ***- Develop, implement and follow up on a communication strategy- Write, design and push content (articles, social media, reports, presentations...) - Organize and operate events with clients or partners - Conceive and lead training workshops and conferences, both in France and abroad*** Project Management ***- Launch a new project, define a roadmap and draw up the project’s schedule - Analyze KPIs on a regular basis in order to measure the return on investment - Lead project and direction committees in order to get sponsorship and take major decisions regarding the projects’ next steps- Assess and improve current processes, train the staff involved- Manage project team members
