CurrentAs part of the Service Excellence (SE) team, I'm responsible for creating and curating high-quality, engaging content for SMRT Trains TikTok account and SMRT's SE LinkedIn page - including developing visuals, graphics, and videos, crafting compelling captions, monitoring social media trends, maintaining a content calendar, and analysing post performance. My role is to stay updated on industry best practices, brainstorm new ideas to boost online presence, and consistently incorporate SMRT's brand identity and customer service values across all content!
