Key achievements include:- driving improvements to professional services, including rapid and significant improvement in academic and manager satisfaction with recruitment and transactional services (+56 points in 1 year); saving costs in Estates, including a 20% reduction to the fleet spend through new ways of working;- shaping transformation of our academic practices, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, including targeted stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of new timetabling practices, and taking a strategic ADKAR-based approach to engagement around the New Academic Teaching Year- strengthening the University's culture of positive change, by leading the growth of the University's Change Community of Practice, increasing the contact list by 82% and average event registration by 94% over 3 years.

As the University's first Head of Sustainability, I was responsible for establishing implementation of the 'Sustainability' pillar from the University's Strategic Framework. Key achievements include:- Leading on prioritisation, working with senior stakeholders, to create an ambitious but realistic implementation plan;- Writing the University's Net Zero in collaboration with key stakeholders, achieving buy in from Executive Board;- - Forming a high-performing, cross-functional professional services matrix team, to enable more efficient and embedded delivery of the strategy;- Communicating the new approach across the University, to raise the profile of Sustainability and develop buy in for change of behaviour.

Programme managed the delivery of a £42.5m shared collaborative laboratory teaching facility, spanning multiple STEM disciplines, on time and within budget.Key activities:-Project planning and monitoring-Change management-Financial management-Matrix management-Strategic communications and engagement

Placement 1 | Student Funding OfficeReview of UoB's scholarships profile, with a heightened sensitivity to issues of strategy, procedure and equity, the findings of which were circulated among Senior Management via a recommendation report.
