As a People & Reporting Administrator at Hendy Group, I am passionate about delivering the best onboarding experience for new starters and producing regular reports for the wider team without skimming over the fine details. I am dedicated to delivery a 100% positive colleague experience and a high quality service.Prior to joining the People Team, I previously worked as a Showroom Host at Hendy's Dorset Car Store. This role really helped build up my confidence and people skills as I had to provide professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service by supporting customers in making the right decisions and choosing the best vehicle for them.As we move into 2023, I look to continue developing my love for providing support and building a strong rapport with both our colleagues and managers.
