Researched diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and built a 2 hour training course that was dynamic, engaging, oriented around discussion and participation, and packed with educational and applicable knowledge for within or outside of the workplace. Personally delivered the training to YRCI employees on three separate occasions, received positive feedback, and witnessed promising interest in the importance of DEI by both top leadership and employees. Wrote a captivating informational blog on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace for YRCI to publish on their website [coming soon]. Researched and presented a project on the psychology of social media with tips on improving engagement from audiences along with suggestions for the YRCI social media to increase their reach and applicant numbers. Further, built a social media campaign to test different psychological variables through posts on the YRCI social media pages. Tested results through AB testing and presented findings to leadership. Proposed a research initiative to analyze employee sense of belonging across demographics at YRCI. Designed a survey and initiated the process of sending it out to YRCI employees. Received support from the HR department as I emphasized the value the results would provide them on the success or potential gaps in inclusion efforts at YRCI.
