Facilitating/managing Learning from Big Local - a large scale qualitative evaluation/learning project brought together in a dedicated website exploring the Big Local programme, which gave 150 local areas £1mil+ each to spend in a way they felt would be most impactful for their communities over 10-15 years.Key responsibilities include - managing and supporting a team of five researchers and overseeing or directly managing several suppliers/partners to deliver new research outputs: a series of approx. 50 articles based on research and internal knowledge and 150 area profiles accounting a summary of what each area did over the 10+ year period. This includes oversight and support with scoping, data collection/fieldwork, data analysis and write-up, and prioritising areas to work with in line with team capacity and community needs. This also involves refining style guidance, and reviewing and signing off outputs.- collaborating with others, including senior researchers and comms colleagues, to develop outputs from their work to align with LfBL - working with website designers and developers to continually refine the LfBL website- leading and overseeing content management - working with colleagues to plan and deliver staggered migration (from the current Local Trust website) and dissemination/marketing - monitoring and forecasting budget use and internal resourcing across the LfBL project and research team, including the set up and refinement of processes and systems, and developing risk assessed strategies/plans - line managing 4-5 researchers, supporting them with their development and career goals as they prepare to leave a close out organisation
