Chloé is a Manager within Accenture's Strategy and Consulting business area, currently focused on driving their equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) client offering. Transforming organisations by unlocking trapped value through the power of ED&I, culture and leadership, she has worked across multiple digital transformation programmes and a variety of geographies and industries, including Health & Public Services, Financial Services, Products, and Comms, Media & Technology. By leveraging technology, analytics, design thinking, storytelling, human ingenuity and innovation, she translates business goals into end-user enhancements and drives business value in return across customer, workforce and supply chain.Growing up in Asia before moving to London, she thrives in cross-cultural environments with her passion spilling beyond her 'day job', becoming Lead of Accenture's African & Caribbean Network UK&I in 2019.Chloé holds a first-class combined honours degree in BSc Business and International Relations from Aston University, and has membership with the Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) honor society having graduated in the top 10% of Business students. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aider, Chartered Insurance Institute certified and has completed the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner courses. Currently living in London but calls herself a third culture kid - yes I'm one of those.
