• Defines the product pipeline to identify opportunities that will successfully meet the growth objectives• Generate Product Profiles & Concepts for all new products & line extensions• Support various marketing elements making sure sampling, events, education, merchandising and digital teams are set up for success•Collaborate with cross functional teams with Package Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Purchasing and Quality Assurance to ensure comprehensive formula management• Keep a close finger on the pulse of the industry regarding evolving trends and the competitive environment•Collaborates on the development of key product claims and partners with the testing labto ensure claims are delivered• Assist with collecting thorough, factual data and information to support Regulatory Affairs• Review and approve the accuracy of all artwork proofs throughout the electronic routing process. •Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape & help establish product differentiators

• Own all product development timelines & calendars for all new development across the brand & categories.• Responsible for all lab briefs and communication with labs/chemists. • Expertise in color evaluation across color categories. • Manage all phases of development of new product and innovation in the color category. • Conduct onsite development and approvals when necessary. • Partner closely with Packaging, Operations and Creative to ensure key milestones are met for flawless launch execution.• Assist with collecting thorough, factual data and information to support Regulatory Affairs• Coordinate and interact with various departments, including Social Mission and Product Development, on Regulatory issues and/or strategy.• Provide support in both internal and external Regulatory inquiries to ensure compliance.• Gather Regulatory documents (hard copies and electronic files).• Interface with vendors to solicit and track relevant documents.• Assist in building and maintaining Regulatory Product Information File (PIF)/Product Dossier.• Updated and reformulated formulas based on changing regulatory and industry needs• Assisted in registration of global countries
