Draft title objection letters, seller response letters, escrow instruction letters and closing documents for acquisitions and dispositions. Assist attorneys acting as borrower's counsel in all aspects of pre-closing and closings, including due diligence and correspondence with title companies, surveyors, lender's counsel, opinion counsel and client for commercial financings throughout the United States. Draft lease agreements, including but not limited to, lease amendments, assignments and terminations. Abstract commercial real estate leases and supporting lease documents for a tenant mix of national department stores, big box retailers, local retailers, restaurants, and medical and professional offices.
