Supporting the Life team providing organisational development projects to the CSIRO team. Working within an Agile team environment utilising Sprint methodology and Azure DevOps.Specifically working on programs influencing Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging; Employee Voice and Culture Survey initiatives.

· Supporting the Director and Industry Consultants of the Service-Learning Unit· Update procedures with all changes and enhancements made in SONIA, the Student Placement System · Manage Student eligibility, enrolments and enquiries by phone, email, and face to face interviews

· Assisted in the design of client workshops, supported the facilitation of client planning and strategy full-day workshop· Strategized project to design a Capability Framework with required competencies to assist with internal development and recruitment, completed consultation and research to finalise project and deliver to internal team.· Design and delivery of an internal workshop introducing the Performance Partners to the research of Dr. Brené Brown

· Developed and circulated new streamlined processes for multiple tasks including onboarding new Industry Partners and conducting Industry Partner site visits to check compliance for OHS· Scheduled and hosted meetings to promote the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Program and engage in partnerships with key stakeholders including internal Academic and Professional Griffith Staff, new and existing Industry Partners, and students · Excellent time-management when balancing multiple deadlines to ensure internal systems are managed and all students and Industry Partners documentation is approved in a timely manner· Professional communication with various stakeholders to build partnerships, support students and resolve any conflicts that arise through the placement process
