•To create, sell and deliver private tours and charters in the UK & Europe through itinerary planning, organisational skills, customer service and sales ability.•Measured on gross margin, revenue, and volume of tour bookings•Manage enquiries and provide quotes for private groups and charters – following up quotes to convert these into bookings.•Create, design, price, sell and deliver tours suitable for all budgets.•Ensure accuracy of quote through effective use of tour P & L template and by consulting with colleagues.•Complete the booking process and deliver excellent customer service to the client from the time of enquiry to delivery of tour and post tour follow up.•Liaise with team members to ensure the tour is operationally feasible and adheres to European TACO regulations.•Complaint handling and problem solving.•Create business growth through existing and new clients and identify new business opportunities. •Meet sales targets as set out by the business and ensure profitability of all tours. •Deal with complicated customer itineraries and research new and existing itineraries to ensure the tour meets all EU driving regulations as well as satisfying the client. •Handle payments and assisting accounts with credit control.•Liaise with key partners such as hotels, ferries and attractions regarding bookings and schedules and negotiate the best rates and terms of business to help maximise profits.•Ensure accurate documentation is delivered to clients including all pre-tour information regarding pick-ups, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, and excursions. •Whilst private tour is running, be available to take calls to support guide
