• Manage accurate Hillel database of 78,000 constituents–– update new information and maintain existing information across multiple platforms through constituent data entry, gift entry, and donor incentive tracking.

• Manipulated data in Excel, PowerQuery, and Power BI to analyze trends among client behavior, performance, and company performance, subsequently identifying areas for improvement in client servicing for consumer financial services company. • Evaluated these findings to determine key metrics that contribute to success of clients from company perspective.• Built a client scorecard and defined client profiles to differentiate among more than 400,000 clients, ultimately to offer client servicing recommendations and improve client performance, client retention and overall company performance. • Presented findings, scorecard, and client servicing recommendations to entire analytics team and company executives.
