Product Owner for a new customer proposition focused on putting international payments in the palm of customers hands. A mobile app, ideated in ASB’s inaugural Hackfest, my role was to commercialise and bring the venture to market. Working with my technology business partner, and full stack-developer, I headed marketing, legal (Ts & Cs), risk, UX, and staff education/socialisation for MVP to pilot.

End to end recruitment process for specific portfolio of internal clients, writing advertising/phone interviews/interview templates for job positions, telephone interviewing of applicants, candidate management and talent pool creation and maintenance – creative sourcing techniques, recruitment interviewing with line managers, verbal referencing, ongoing account management – 19 different divisions, 1200 division headcount total

Sourcing and recruiting of candidates for client orders, telephone screening of applicants, recruitment interviewing, verbal referencing, writing advertising for job positions on the internet and in the newspapers, development of new business clients (cold calling and networking), maintaining of long-term business relationships, account management – 2 National Account Clients, running Assessment Centres for volume recruitment (largely for call centre resources)

Servicing ANZ client’s investment needs through utilisation of ANZ investment products. Dealing with Managed Funds, Term Deposits, Unit Trusts, Super Schemes and Online Share Trading products on a daily basis. Selling, implementing and servicing of these products on a daily basis.Service and Sales of ANZ investment products based on client needs.Provision of advice to other divisions of the bank (e.g. the branch network) with investment rates and administration, information and help with investment products.
