Supported more than 35 residents, balanced conflict, became a peer mentor, along with problem solved difficult situations to promote safety and community amongst my peers

A summer internship working on the Operations Excellence team at Omnium, a chemical toiling facility. I worked to decrease chemical degradation while optimizing the chemical formulation time. At the end of the summer I presented my results in front of my peers and corporate executives.

Trained peers in complex beverages, fostered customer interactions, fulfilled shift manager roles, and encouraged teamwork while serving hundreds of customers a day.
