I'm an artist turned robotics engineer who believes that art should be valued because it's good, not just because it's rare. I founded Acrylic to make the world a more beautiful place by democratizing access to good art while supporting the independent artists who make it. I started my first business at 9 and made $15,000 for charity by age 13; sold my first painting at 14 and curated my first art exhibit at 18; built my first painting robot at 20; and then founded Acrylic at 21, midway through the second year of my engineering degree at McGill University. I'm passionate about the future of AI, robotics and creativity, and I've given talks to thousands on stages from Montreal to Lisbon to San Francisco on subjects like the definition of creativity, AI & robot ethics, collaborative robots, intersection of art & technology, strategies for growing a team, and how to kickstart and support female & minority entrepreneurs.
