CurrentStrategic Planning & Leadership:- Collaborate with company directors to develop and refine the business vision and strategy.- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Lead the marketing team by setting KPIs, ensuring timely delivery of objectives, and fostering an environment for continuous learning and development.Marketing Operations:- Oversee all marketing touchpoints within the business, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.- Manage and optimise the company's website for improved user experience, lead generation, and SEO performance.- Develop and refine the marketing and sales funnel to maximise conversion rates and customer retention.- Strategically direct website content and functionality to support business growth and brand positioning.Campaign & Channel Management:- Manage external PPC and SEO partners to ensure the effective execution of campaigns and delivery on strategic roadmaps.- Oversee social media management, including content creation, profile optimisation, and audience engagement across all channels.- Create compelling physical advertisements for print media, including magazines.- Develop on-brand presentations and sales materials to support business development efforts.CRM & Data Management:- Beginning to implement and manage a functional CRM system to streamline customer interactions and improve data-driven decision-making.- Conduct client insight interviews to gather valuable feedback and inform strategic marketing decisions.- Manage email outreach campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.Lead Generation & Growth:- Drive lead-generation initiatives through digital and traditional marketing channels.- Optimise content and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract high-quality leads.Additional:- Manage marketing budgets. - Analyse marketing performance data to track progress against KPIs.
