Leading, learning, collaborating and experimenting for long-term transformative change and a flourishing future. I bring over 15 years of experience in program design, delivery, communications and evaluation with a focus on leadership and global citizenship, innovation, and social impact.I have extensive experience in the international and higher education and not-for-profit sectors and am currently the Board President of an Australia-based international charity. Previously I managed a tertiary leadership program that won a prestigious international award for Innovation and Best Practice in Internationalising the Campus. I am an accredited Facilitator of Transformation through Values and I aim to motivate others by building connections and community around shared values and working collaboratively across sectors and disciplines to identify levers and mobilise action for transformative change. Through my hands-on board role at the non-profit Project Didi Australia, I am actively involved in campaign strategy and execution. Project Didi strives to restore hope, dignity and independence to women and girls in Nepal, survivors of trafficking and abuse, through holistic care, education and income generation opportunities.
