- Work alongside the operations team running numerous drainage and plumbing accounts from start to completion- examples of account sectors managed are education, commercial and residential property and breweries- Raise reactive and planned maintenance works- Schedule and liase with engineers using CRM system- Price up and raise quotes for works needed e.g excavation works/ drainage or plumbing- Plan PPM works for desired frequency- Build a strong relationship with clients and liase with them- Meetings with clients- Order parts for scheduled works- Be part of a call out rota working evenings/ weekend answering the calls- Be prompt with meeting deadlines- Work alongside clients using their portals such as Dwellant, fixflo and safe partner- Ensure all follow up paperwork is sent to the client following job- Send Purchase orders when needed to various suppliers
