AudioUK is the industry body which provides support and growth for people and businesses who make podcasts, radio and audiobooks.

I work with businesses to develop and implement content and overall strategy, to guide them through periods of change. This includes advising clients on the global audio industry and market, how they can maximise opportunities within the audio facing content space, including monetisation models, partnerships, IP development and exploitation. I also work with CEOs and Directors in a coaching capacity to develop and increase their management skills and performance.

My team worked strategically with broadcasters and brands such as Spotify, the BBC, COPA90 and Red Bull to develop formats and ideas that represented and increased their brand strength within the podcast and audio spaces, both in the UK and globally. I led the team that developed and relaunched Spotify's Who We Be TALKS_ with a new format and talent, as well as launching TikTok stars Max and Harvey as a Spotify Original podcast.

Commercially driven content role, heading up the department which developed and produced content for BBC Music Audio. I worked closely with the client to inform strategy and creative vision for the content. I managed a team of 20 + content producers, assistant producers and executive producers. I worked with them to ensure the development and delivery of the content. We worked to very tight schedules and high editorial standards. I also acted as a mentor, coaching my team on their own professional development.
