Conference And Event Supervisor
My current role is overseeing the day to day operations of conferences and events at the mercure hotel. This includes keeping 2 event bars stocked and running them on busy nights. Making sure our meeting rooms and event spaces are set as per the client request. Running food service I am competent at calling the food, and training staff both gala dinner and snake service. I work closely with clients and event organisers on the day to ensure their meetings and events run smoothly.

I worked as a temp during the enrolment period. This job contained various different elements. We did enrolments for the students, helped the HE students apply for loans and answered telephone queries. My main roll was to run excel reports from the loan portals and analyse the data from those. I was also trained to cover reception, when they needed help.
Activity Leader
During summer 2018 I worked as an Activity Leader for St Giles International in their Bournemouth location. As we were a smaller site the activities team consisted of me and the Activities Manager, this meant that I was working closely with him to plan and carry out the activities for the children. This included taking large groups of children on sightseeing trips around the UK. The children were all foreign staying in the UK so this role included making sure that they weren't home sick and looking out for their wellbeing around the clock. The children ranged in age from 9-17.
