Responsibilities:- Oversee and monitor the welfare of 300 members in the Society- Represent the Society and act as the official spokesperson- Chair all meetings or appoint a nominee to be the Chairperson- Lead and supervise the overall activities of the Society- Manage the Society's financial accounts with the Treasurer

- Reviewed and processed credit card and cashline fee waiver appeals- Remittance trained, I was able to assist customers in any queries they had regarding remittances- Expertly able to manage customer expectations and deliver alternative solutions to their problems to best suit their circumstances - Partook in a Skills Exchange Project, that focused on improving customer experience on the DBS Help & Support page by analysing customer feedback with the intention of identifying and closing knowledge gaps to create innovative solutions to reduce calls to the customer centre by empowering customers to self-help
