- Researched the strengths and shortcomings of U.S. engineering ethics education to identify gaps in engineering ethics knowledge and offer insights to engineering educators- Collaborated with a graduate student under the guidance of Dr. Olga Pierrakos- Acted as lead author on a paper presented during a technical session at the 2024 American Society for Engineering Educators Conference

- Conducted a scoping review to identify and analyze the foundational elements of innovation ecosystems such as IP protection and investments, their interactions, and the challenges that arise during the phases of the innovation process- Selected a mix of high-performing and moderate regional innovation ecosystems to execute a comparative analysis of their approaches to growth and sustainment by looking into government initiatives and policies, university activity, SMEs, etc.- Communicated weekly with mentors Dr. Olga Pierrakos and Dr. Keith Robinson from the Engineering Department and Law School, continuing the research in the fall and seeking publishing opportunities

- Collaborated in teams to present five companies with solutions to various issues from marketing to talent retention during the interview process- Worked with domestic and international businesses such as the Carolina Hurricanes professional hockey team and Beijing-based oil manufacturer, Jayland Naturals- Closely followed the five-stage design thinking process and reflected after each presentation to ensure effective and actionable solutions
