By that means, the communicative requirements from the management board and employees were measured by triangulation methodologies: desk and field research together with an online survey. From the research outcome, statistics results were built then analyzed and interpreted to consult alternative strategic solutions for the stakeholders to meet their goal.

PACCAR Financial Europe is the in-house financier of DAF and other truck brands which offers customized financial services specialized for the transport sector. With half a year experience spent in PACCAR Financial Europe, the intern's assignment was to improve internal business processes within Wholesale, Retail and Audit departments. Initially, the visualized mappings were developed for communication workflows from the internal to the dealers. Within this step, several Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio were applied to sketch out the business processes. During the research execution with business actors, business requirements were analyzed and made transparent to wireframe the Dealer Web Portal mock-up. The portal is extremely crucial for end-customers and dealers to easily interact with the company for financial issues and to check up their profile without spamming emails and making phone calls.
