Communication is key, that's what we have all heard all of our lives. Well I have learned that many businesses still struggle with this component. As a student I have worked part-time jobs, but these jobs have taught me a lot about what I will see in the future in the working world. I have started at companies where it seems as though people don't even know who is in charge of what and there is zero organization but I believe my dedication to having better communication in my workplace has created a better environment. My future passion is to help others in the medical field, however I have learned that to help others you first must be able to have a clear sight to your goal which starts with communication and organization. These are two things I pride myself on in the work environment. My hope is to attend grad school after finishing my second bachelor in nursing, I also hold a minor in chemistry and Spanish and have my first bachelor in physiology.
