Current• Founding member of the Education Team for the Virtual Under 18 Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs positioned to serve all public, charter, and private schools in the states of Illinois and Maryland.• Directed the transition of 200+ patients from intensive treatment to their home schools through facilitating school re-entry meetings and establishing supportive plans to successfully reintegrate into daily academic schedules.• Opened a new revenue stream through the development and implementation of a home/hospital instruction session in Virtual PHP, managing the billing processes for all patients and school districts, training staff members in best practices, and advocating for student academic needs. • Built Executive Functioning curriculum, presented engaging biweekly lessons in group therapy, and created individualized support plans for students with disabilities including but not limited to school anxiety, school refusal, depression, substance use, and learning disabilities. • Executed strategic outreach resulting in presentations regarding specialized training and professional development events for school professionals, mental health clinicians and families on the topics of school anxiety and refusal, effective coping strategies and behavior plans, and when to refer individuals to higher levels of care and/or specialized services.• Led the opening of a new outpatient group therapy stepdown program from idea to execution, successfully serving 600+ patients, managing full referral processes and logistics of new patients through discharge.
