Independent contractor responsible for part of the decisions published by Spanish-speaking and French-speaking national competition authorities, translating / summarizing them from Spanish / French into English, then adding the metadata and drafting the market descriptions. Caselex is a unique and fast-growing legal information service whose objective is to serve antitrust / competition and M&A professionals around the world. It has developed a comprehensive database of English market definition summaries from merger control decisions delivered by competition authorities around the world.

Member of the Sciences Po law school team for the Competition law moot court organized by the French Competition Authority. The 2019/2020 Sciences Po team was coached by Eric Paroche and Céline Verney (Hogan Lovells).

As an intern within LeasePlan I worked with three environments: the legal department, the sale department and LeasePlan International. My internship consisted in analyzing a legal contract called hCMA (harmonized Country Master Agreement) imposed by the parent company in The Netherlands. I have worked on the contract's implications regarding the General Terms and Conditions of Long Term Vehicule Rental within the subsidiary company in France. My internship aimed at grasping the issues caused by this top-down implementation of the legal document both for LeasePlan and its clients as well as the advantages for everyone to harmonize legal procedures. My objective was to harmonize draft versions of this contract and present the content / specificities / advantages of the legal document to the large account sales team in France.

During this internship I was attached to the cabinet of Frédéric Lefebvre, deputy at the French National Assembly of the French people established in the USA and Canada. I had the opportunity to write questions to the government and to work on administrative tasks for French nationals living in North America. I was also in charge of managing part of his communication through social networks. Finally, I worked on a specific project with the association La Passerelle-I.D.É to develop a social program helping people emigrating to Ontario.
