My Money Bank, 1st Private Equity (Cerberus Capital Management) owned bank in France, will have grown its initial balance sheet by 6 by end of 2023 through multiple strategic acquisitions (banks, loan portfolio, fintechs).- Led the daily banking stream as chief product owner for the integration of "HSBC RBWM France" into My Money Group (client accounts, packages, digital banking platforms...)- Supported the integration of "SGBA/Banque des Caraïbes" for 2 years until the CBS migration into My Money Group (managed 10 operational streams, negotiated TSA and SPA items with counterparts) and the sale of a credit entity in New Caledonia- Managed the legal and banking mergers of two group entities (My Partner Bank and My Money Bank) through a dozen of work streams covering all functional areas - Led projects investment committees and budgets follow-up
