I have decided to help other people making their project come true, doing audits of current businesses or just help on some problematics my clients currently have. First handmade gourmets donuts shop in Belgium. The donuts are made every morning with local and/or organic ingredients with a Belgian twist added.COCO donuts is Candice Tielemans & Chloé Sengier.COCO donuts started on Social Media (Instagram & Facebook) to test the Belgian Market. After 3 months, we got the chance to start as a Pop-Up in Brussels (Sablon) and since then, we've never stop baking and growing. From the marketing strategy to our secret recipe, everything has been made with love.

- Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media- Event management, including press conferences and promotional events- Planning and directing public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the employer or client- Working with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions- Researching media coverage and industry trends

Community Management Intern.- Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social media platforms, including tweets, posts and discussions- Proactively interacting with online communities across all platforms- Using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics

EVENT MANAGER:- Create fashion and music events within the café that broadens the venues reach and expands the café's functionality. I was able to leverage the café's reputation for concept events and ventures.- Researching markets to identify opportunities for those events- Promote the event on social media platforms (facebook, instagram, twitter, tumblr,...)- Contact fashion bloggers and fashionistas to participate in the 'swap your clothes' event.- Work with journalists and lifestyle bloggers to publicise the events- Efficiently manage event logistics (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)- Budget Management- Bespoke menu development that aligns the catering needs of the event with the targetted demographic.- Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR:- Keep the different social media platforms up to date- Proactively interact with the community on the different platforms- Keep the clientele informed about all the latest news and developments within the Café- Share the lastest Brussels buzz, events etc.BARISTA & MANAGER:- Welcome and connect with every customer.- Discover customer needs and appropriately suggesting product with every customer to enhance service and meeting sales goals.- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage (cocktails, beers, spirits, wine / juices, smoothies, coffee).- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.- Dealing with the different providers to place orders and machine maintenance companies: Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products- Managing marketing campaigns related to special events- Create signs to advertise store products or events.- Responsible for the day-to-day commercial and managerial activities of the coffee shop.- Team management and shift manager of other employees
