As part of the Digital Brand team for NSW, I am participating in the design and digital strategy of brand campaigns for NSW as well as analyzing their performances.I was also in charge of participating in the creative direction as well as coordinating the successful rollout of the NSW Editorial In-Flight magazine pilot by working directly with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies.Finally, my work with the Digital Brand team allows me to increase my understanding of what brand vision is and how it is important to convey the right image to consumers and how to measure their level of loyalty through different KPIs such as retention and CTR.

As part of the Business Analytics team and Digital brand team of Nike, I’ve had the chance to develop my analytical skills and thinking, as well as better understand the business side of the company throughout cross-functional partnership projects. Working with the Voice of the Consumer team gave me deep insights of what our customers value the most; working with the Marketing Analytics team helped me understand and assess how consumers interact with our apps and content, while the work done with the Web Analytics team provided me a sense of consumers’ journey on our website, working with the Strategy and Planning team gave me an insight on how data can help develop good and efficient ‘Read and React’ strategies.

As the 'Lead' / CEO of NDA-KO, I realized a long-standing childhood aspiration of fostering spaces to commemorate the diverse facets of the African diaspora. Collaborating with three trusted confidants, I successfully transformed this vision into reality.In this role, I am orchestrating various key responsibilities, including:- Directing a team of 10 individuals- Formulating and executing brand strategies- Expanding the brand's partnership network- Orchestrating event planning initiatives- Spearheading the development and upkeep of our digital presence via website management- Initiating and overseeing comprehensive marketing campaigns- Exercising oversight on the company's financial operations, including budget management and expenditure control.This experience not only allowed me to actualize my childhood dream but also honed my leadership and strategic management skills in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.

I was in charge of managing the pre-production and post-production of the play but I was also involved in both personal management as well as creative aspects of the production process.

As part of my university program I had to conduct a market research for a company.- I designed surveys that identify consumer preferences and prospective markets forproducts.- I conducted those surveys, analysed the results, and drew conclusions.- I advised the managers on what products will be most beneficial to produce,distribution and promotion of these products.- I targeted the most profitable markets in order to generate the maximum amount ofrevenue possible.

As a co-founder and designer, I created a vision and environment for my clothing line where we designed and produced the clothes ourselves. And thanks to our city hall sponsorship, we launched a marketing campaign on our website to create more reach and awareness around the brand online. All this experience was realized while I was still enrolled in high-school.
